We are hosting The Madison County Halftime Exhibition, September 12th.
Volunteers are needed for these areas:
1. Gate workers, and Band Escorts Coordinator.
The coordinator of this area will create and fill a schedule of gate workers and
also provide one of our adults to meet and stay with each band.
2. Parking Coordinator:
The coordinator of this area will create and fill a schedule of parking attendants for
the duration of the event.

scheduled time:
Senior Class 8:00am - 9:30am
Junior Class 9:30am - 11:00am
Sophomore Class 11:30am - 1:00pm
Freshmen Class 1:00pm - 3:00pm or until complete
