Parents Grade 10-12:
Click here for information about ordering tuxes online with JC Penny. If you need an extremely small size or
another odd size, there may be some delay, however, talking to the sales rep, most sizes are readily available.
Please do not delay in making your purchase. Tux will be worn for the Winter Concert on December 12.
The formal dresses have arrived. Please make sure that the dress is hemmed to floor length with a close toe
black dress shoe. Make sure you take your shoes with you to get your dress hemmed.
Freshmen Parents:
Please make sure your child has black pants, black socks, black shoes (marching shoes are ok)tux shirt
(wing tip), black bow tie as well as the cuff link and stud set. These are available through Burch and Hatfield.
Please note there may be some delay in getting your tux shirt.

Mr. Black’s intention is for the students to wear the tuxedos and dresses for the Christmas Concert on
December 11. If you have not purchased your Tuxedo you need to do so as soon as possible. Tuxedos can
be purchased from JC Penney in the Madison Square Mall. This applies only to the 10-12 Grades.
Please note that other schools have begun to purchase their tuxes from JC Penny. Available sizes may be
limited, especially tall and large sizes so do not wait until the last minute to go in and purchase your tux!
9th grade students attire will be black pants, black socks and shoes, tux shirt with black studs, black bow tie.
Tux shirt, studs, cuff links and bow tie can be purchased at Burch and Hatfield at Madison Square Mall.

Uniform Information: 11-12-2008
Concert dresses have arrived and are in the band room for pick up. Please remember to have the dresses
hemmed to floor length by the Winter Concert.
Inventory on the uniforms will be completed by Friday. There are still uniforms that have not been returned.
Any uniform not returned to the band room by Friday will have to be cleaned at the personal expense of the
student.
